Chris Shaw is a four-time Grammy Award–winning producer, engineer, mixer, and musician whose career bridges hip-hop, rock, and alternative music.

Starting at the legendary Greene Street Recording studios in New York City, Chris helped shape the sound of a generation, working with groundbreaking artists like Public Enemy, A Tribe Called Quest, and LL Cool J. His early work captured the raw innovation and energy that defined the golden age of hip-hop.

After going independent, Chris expanded his reach across genres, collaborating with some of music’s most influential voices, including Weezer, Wilco, and Bob Dylan. His engineering and mixing credits appear on multiple entries in Rolling Stone’s “500 Greatest Records of All Time.”
