Darrell Thorp's relationship with one of rock's prized producers, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, began in 2000 when he and Justin, a part of Beck's band, were recording the record "Sea Change." Since then, the two have been involved in numerous successful records. When Justin finished producing Poppy's record, "Flux," he reached out to Darrell to take it across the finish line.
